From a Small Neighbourhood Salon to a Premium Brand
Our story began in 2014, when our founder Arindam opened a modest 3-chair salon with a team of just four people. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry, Arindam built the salon on four simple principles: quality, hygiene, innovation and genuine care for every client who walked through the door.
Word spread quickly. By 2016, we had crossed our first 1,000 clients, grown to 10 chairs, and added bridal makeup to our list of services. Two years later, in 2018, we rebranded into the premium, spa-style salon you'll recognise today, complete with upgraded interiors and brand-partnered products.
When 2020 pushed everyone online, we launched digital appointment booking and at-home beauty services so clients could reach us however was easiest for them. In 2022, that consistency was recognised with a Best Unisex Salon award at the Mumbai Beauty Awards, alongside the expansion of our flagship branch. By 2024, we had crossed a milestone that still humbles us — 25,000 happy clients, served by a team of over 50 certified professionals.
What hasn't changed since that first 3-chair setup is the personal, heartfelt attention every client receives. That's the part of the business we protect the most.
